Although we do not undertake major design work or handle the production from Final Edited Draft, we should be pleased to advise you on the best way to develop a user-friendly format. This format is cost-effective to implement and easy to update as and when amendments or updates are necessary or when modifications to the system are made.

Today, the Operations Manual is likely to be provided to franchisees and licensees in an electronic format.

• Often, for mature franchises and multinationals, the Operations Manual can be accessed via a password-protected Portal to which Owner / Managers and certain staff are granted access
• For startups and franchises with up to 10 franchisees, password access can be granted to Owner / Managers when Dropbox or Microsoft Sharepoint is used
